What equipment does my son need for Young Highlanders?

Men's Lacrosse Stick - There are many sticks to choose from in the marketplace.  We recommend the Stringking attack stick (36"). It has a well constructed "pocket" that is most critical for beginners learning to throw & catch.  It can be purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods for around $99.

Lacrosse Helmet (white) - For boys in 1-4th grades, we recommend the Cascade CS-R in white.  You can order it online through various lacrosse shops or locally through Dick's Sporting Goods.

Mouthpiece - It must be attached to the helmet and worn at all times during practices & games.

Lacrosse Shoulder pads, Elbow pads, Gloves - Starter sets are sold at Dick's Sporting Goods or can be purchased online through various lacrosse shops.

Cleats - Lacrosse, football or soccer cleats are acceptable as long as they don't have any metal soles.
